Practice Assessment: You complete an assessment questionnaire (typically around 15-30 minutes) covering your practice, devices, and systems.
We Prepare Your Documentation: We prepare tailored documentation for your practice based on your inputs, including a risk assessment aligned with NIST 800-30.
Documentation Delivery and Review: After delivery, you will have the opportunity to review, request corrections, and approve the final version.
Implementation Guidance: We provide clear direction on which platform-specific safeguards to implement and how to verify they’re set up correctly. You can implement them over time at your own pace, with no technical expertise required. Optional review support is available through our Safeguard Configuration Check to confirm that core settings appear enabled and aligned with your setup ($75).

After implementing safeguards, you may submit screenshots of key configurations for review. We assess them against your documented technical safeguards to confirm that core settings appear enabled and aligned with your setup, and provide a concise summary of any gaps or recommended adjustments.

We provide a service to update the documentation we create when your practice's systems or workflows change. Pricing is based on the scope and impact of the change. Updates are scoped based on the impact of the change and any required risk re-analysis. We determine the appropriate scope based on your specific change.

Security compliance requires periodic review and updates over time. We offer a streamlined review service designed specifically for documentation we have created, helping support your security posture as your practice evolves.
Delta Assessment: You will complete a short assessment questionnaire for reported changes and new risks. We will then evaluate their impact on your existing risk assessment. If no changes are identified, we formally reaffirm that your current security posture remains appropriate based on the information provided.
Documentation Update: If changes are identified, we update the relevant portions of your documentation, including inventory, risk assessment, and safeguards (as part of our Change Service).
Policy Re-Attestation: You will reconfirm that you have reviewed and understand your policies and are operating in accordance with them.
Optional Safeguard Check Add-on: Optional review support is available through our Safeguard Configuration Check to confirm that core settings appear enabled and aligned with your setup ($75).
Review Summary: You will receive a clear summary of any required or recommended actions. If no updates are needed, this will be explicitly stated.
